Welcome to BLACK BEAR OVERLOOK, a brand-new (2025) luxury cabin designed for families and groups seeking premium amenities, comfortable accommodations, and a prime Gatlinburg location. Thoughtfully designed by Dixie Designs, this cabin features beautiful finishes and carefully selected touches throughout.

This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath cabin sleeps up to 14 guests and is located directly next door to its larger sister property, Beneath the Stars. Rent one or both for larger gatherings.

The house is great, we had an issue where the refrigerator beeped all night, the main bedroom is right next to the kitchen so it kept us up. Called the management and they sent maintenance and they said they fixed it. It continued to beep the whole next night too. We tried just turning up the tv but unfortunately it was so loud it still didn’t help. The property is beautiful, just really unfortunate for the noise issue.
