The open-concept living and dining area features plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access—ideal for enjoying sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essential cookware.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, direct Gulf views, balcony access, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, and adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen sofa sleeper in living room

Parking:

Guests staying at Sugar Beach Condos must complete a "Guest and Vehicle Registration" process, which involves paying a $35 fee. When registering, you will need to provide the make, model, year, color, and tag number of the vehicle.

Unassigned parking is available in the open lot directly outside Building 2. Please observe posted signs and community rules.

Registered guests are permitted to park one trailer at this resort. The cost is $100 per space. Keep in mind that some trailers may take up 2 spaces.

Sugar Beach Condominiums is a classic Gulf-front, low-rise resort located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. Set directly on the sand, this family-friendly complex offers a relaxed, walk-up style alternative to the area’s high-rise towers. Guests enjoy direct beach access, an outdoor pool, a clubhouse, and tennis/pickleball courts, all within a gated community surrounded by tropical landscaping and quiet courtyards.

One of the most convenient perks of Sugar Beach is its ground-level parking located directly outside the units, making loading and unloading effortless—no skybridges or elevator waits required. A private boardwalk leads straight from the pool deck onto the beach, and rinse-off stations are available for guests returning from the shoreline.

Located along the east end of Panama City Beach, Sugar Beach sits within minutes of favorite local dining and attractions. Guests can walk to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge (opening in 2026), Finns Barista Bar and Snack Shack, Hammerhead Fred’s, and Ms. Newby’s Too, or take a short drive to St. Andrews State Park, Schooners, Capt. Anderson’s Marina, and Signal Hill Golf Club. Groceries and essentials are close by at Publix, Winn-Dixie, and The Shoppes at Edgewater.

The community maintains a family-friendly environment with posted quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and rules prohibiting parties, glass on the beach, and unregistered guests.

Other details to note:

Guest registration at Sugar Beach Condos is required. Upon arrival, registered guests will be given a wristband that must be worn while on this community's property. When a registered guest arrives, their welcome packet will be in a blue mailbox located outside the main Sugar Beach office. (If you arrive when the office is closed, after 5pm or over the weekend, you should receive an email, within one business day, indicating when your packet is available for pickup.)

For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, there is an external Ring Doorbell camera located at the front entrance.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
