It's a Shore Thing is truly one of the most pristine homes in the area and offers panoramic views of emerald green waters and sugary white sand. This beachfront home is sure to impress with it's tasteful decor and open floor plan. Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access to the covered deck is just off the living area and features comfortable seating, a private walkway to the beach, and a private sun deck. Both beachfront master suites are located upstairs and feature a king size bed, adjoining private bathroom with jetted tub, and shared balcony access. Also located on the second floor is the guest bedroom with two full size beds and an adjoining private bathroom. The additional guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features three twin size beds, one twin trundle, and an adjoining private bathroom. Two sofa sleepers are available in the first floor living area. We do recommend trip/travel insurance when booking this property. There is no refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.. NO PETS, MUST BE 25 to rent.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Just gather the used towels and put them in the bathroom floor. Don't make the beds. Remove any extra unused food. Take garbage to receptacle. Turn ac up to 76 or heat on 65. Turn off all lights.
