A cozy coffee and tea setup with ground coffee, a French press, sugar, creamer, tea, and a kettle ready for a relaxing morning.
Truly relax and unwind in the backyard with a good book or a peaceful nap. Or simply enjoy a glass of wine or cider from one of the nearby wineries.
Outside seasonally- This custom made corn hole was inspired by the beautiful flowers in the pollinator gardens.

Our home offers cozy comfort, thoughtful design, and a truly dog-friendly stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10 am sharp. The cleaning team has a short time to prepare the house for the next guest checking in so please respect this time.
Place all used towels in the bathtub. Turn off lights, fans, AC, mini-splits, stove, heaters in the bathroom and sunroom. Set the Nest thermostat to 50 degrees in colder months.
Clean up dog waste in the yard. Return dog balls/toys to the back enclosed porch. Lock the kitchen and front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time if they have separation anxiety. No other animal is allowed on the property.
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $500+ violation/cleaning fee will apply. (green pain in the yard for butts)
There are absolutely no parties or events. An unauthorized party and/or guests will result in immediate eviction, a min fee of $1500+ fees for damages

We have enjoyed every minute at the Country Meadow house so much that we recently opened it up for guests to enjoy.

Hosting has come naturally for me. I love hearing about the wonderful memories everyone has made- from playing broad games inside, using the 5 in 1 game table, making S’mores around the fire pit, to the pups doing zoomies for hours.

Why they chose this property

The Country Meadow House, located in the heart of Finger Lakes. Situated between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes, the house is close to many nearby vineyards and attractions.

It’s a very quiet, low key farming town. A pizzeria just opened down the block. The closest vineyard is 4 min away as well as Finger Lakes Cider House.

What makes this property unique


We’ve recently renovated our historic home, featuring a colorful open-concept kitchen and dining room. A comfortable living room and three cozy bedrooms will accommodate up to five people.

With one acre of fully fenced gardens, your family and up to three dogs can enjoy nature and truly disconnect from life's demands.

1/2 and acre is dedicated to the meadow gardens which is home to many pollinator plants which supports wildlife, including bees and butterflies.
Many birds species can be found around the property.
