Villa Paradiso is the 5th home in from the beach, which is about a 50 yard walk to the neighborhood's private, deeded beach access. Only 33 homes share 268 feet of beach! Our neighborhood is located across the street from the Seacrest Beach shopping huts and a walk or bike ride away from Alys Beach! We have a private pool that may be heated in the chilly months of the year with plenty of seating outside. This beach house has all the modern conveniences of your home with Wi-Fi and cable television. From March-November, our home comes with daily beach chair set-up for 2 which includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella - house set will be set up within the first two rows. The front door opens to an open-concept family space with a big family living space, new kitchen and dining. There is a convenient half-bath down the hall from the living space. The first floor Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom and is located at the back of the house with its own private porch. The second floor Primary has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom and has its own private porch as well. The second floor also has a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds that shares a full en-suite bathroom with a 2 bed built-in bunk nook - a total of 6 kiddos can sleep in this part of the house! A third floor loft has a television and couch with a nice sitting porch with a view of the water.
