My Blue Heaven is one of the largest homes in Water's Edge and just 150 yards to the private beach access. Outside of the Water's Edge gate, on 30A, is Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian/bike path running along Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach. You’re also a short bike ride or walk to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach for unique boutiques and dining.
