Smaller than expected but very cute. Shades to sliding door were broken so let a lot of light in, in the morning and didn’t like that you could see inside through large opening but overall was a pleasant experience. Place was clean and tidy.

I spent one night at this lovely spot in July 2026. The space was beautifully decorated and clean. I felt very comfortable and slept well. In the morning we enjoyed a nice dip in the pool before getting on our way. The hosts provided coffee and creamer which was much appreciated! The backyard pool area is a lovely oasis with lots of privacy.

The property is located on a acre of land with a small creak that passes through the property. There is an outdoor pool, kitchen, shower that guest have access to late spring through early fall. There are chickens and rabbits on the property. You will find apples, pomegranate, cherries, peach, and persimmon trees scattered throughout the property.

What makes this property unique

This is a guest sweat attached to our home. We are centrally located to top tourist attractions in the state of RI. 15 miles from Federal Hill Providnece (ranked as one of the top restaurant area in the nation), 20 miles from Newport (beautiful beaches and the peak of the guilded age wealth), 30 miles from Foxwoods Casino (ranked as the #1 casino in the nation) and 60 miles from Boston.
