Your relaxing Cape Cod vacation awaits! Rent just one side for your family or both sides for you and your friends/family! This well maintained, 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a duplex style 2-family home allows you to walk to ocean beaches. It's set in an excellent, quiet, family neighborhood and sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Full size bed located in one bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom, and two twin beds are in the third bedroom. Flat screen TV, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, full bathroom with combination tub/shower, patio, BBQ grill, and an outside shower with hot and cold running water.

Need more Space? Ask about renting both adjacent units to offer 6 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms.

Dennis Stay August 2020

This was a great place! We used one side for my family and rented the other unit for my parents. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It’s a very short walk to the beach, which is great when you have kids. The kids also enjoyed playing in the yard and trying all the local places to get ice cream!

Great price for a great location

Had a slight hiccup at check in with ac and power but owner was very responsive and helpful. Issue was corrected right away. Location was ideal, could walk and/or bike to the beach. Lots of great restaurants, activities and shops close by.

Very nice

Everything was exactly as it was stated. Good too see they put up a clothes line as someone had asked for in a previous review. Had a functioning grill, fire pit, plenty of parking and very clean. No washer dryer but that is a minor inconvenience unless staying for weeks at a time. Overall we loved it. Short walk to the beach and short drive to everything else. Wish the back yard was little more kid friendly but we did love the beautiful patio. Cant wait to come back next year.

Summer Fun

Family weekend

We had such a great time in Dennis. The house slept everyone (6) comfortably. Great walking distance to S Village and short drive/long walk to West Dennis. A clothesline would have been perfect to hang those wet and sandy beach towels....but a minor inconvenience! All in all, a perfect get away.

We had a wonderful time . The property was the perfect size had everything from kitchen supplies to linens that we needed . A perfect quiet backyard with privacy . It was great having two beaches that we could walk to . And everything else within driving distance . So peaceful . We would definitely rent this property again . And on top of all of that any question or Concern we had was answered immediately . It was a wonderful stay.

John and Sandy's Place was just what we were looking for - near everything we needed/wanted to be near. The place was clean, quaint, and cute - just as advertised. It also was quiet, which also was nice. We would definitely stay again in the future. A hidden gem {so don't tell too many people about it!}.

Very clean and fresh. Close to the beach, 10 minute walk. The beds were comfortable. Pullout sofa was a bonus. Loved the back patio. There were only 3 bath towels instead of 6. Could use more cable channels. Loved the outside shower. Loved how flexible you are , letting us stay only half the week. That's very rare. Owners are very easy to deal with and talk to.

Beautiful comfortable cottage

The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy, had every thing we needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and fire pit with spacious yard was an added plus and made the weekend so relaxing! House is located right near lots of local things to do. I would defiantly stay again.
