This charming Cape Cod home is central to all of the Cape. Our three bedroom, two bath home (+ outdoor shower!) is a great place to bring your family for a vacation, to come and relax, and enjoy everything the Cape has to offer.
This classic Cape Cod ranch offers central A/C, free wifi, a finished basement, large deck and back yard - perfect for Fido to run around in since this home is pet friendly! Close to Hawksnest State Park, Long Pond, Pleasant Bay, restaurants and shopping. This centrally-located home is waiting for you to enjoy your summer vacation.

Enter this classic ranch-style home through the quaint front porch - the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and make plans for the day as you watch Fido play in the yard. Feel free to invite your fur baby - dogs are welcome!

As you enter into the large kitchen you're greeted by hardwood floors and colorful accent pieces. The open floor plan and large kitchen with ample counter space are perfect to keep those conversations flowing while creating a great meal. The dining room is just beyond the kitchen with a beautiful wooden rustic-style table and 4 chairs. The slider leads to large deck and back yard. Gas grill and outdoor dining table for six awaits your favorite BBQ foods. Across from the dining room is the warm and inviting living room with two couches to relax on and a large flat screen TV for your favorite movie or the game.

Down the hallway you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Bathroom #1 on your left is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #1 is on your right with a Queen bed and a dresser. Grab a book from the colorful wooden boxes mounted on the wall. They help create an artsy feel to this space.
Bedroom #2 has a classic, four poster Queen bed with dresser, night stands and a closest.

Head back to the kitchen to find the door to the finished basement. Carpeting leads the way to this great extra space.

Find a desk tucked into the private nook by the stairs. Cornhole and other yard games are conveniently stored under the same set of stairs.

Continue to find a large sectional couch, built-in hardwood book shelves, a second fireplace (not for guest use) and large TV mounted above. Colorful flags and creative lighting accent this comfy space where you can just relax any way you want.

Behind the curtains you will find a washer and dryer for your use.
Bathroom #2 is on the left and is a full bath with shower only.
Bedroom #3 is at the end of the hallway - a large room with two twin beds, a full bed, dresser and a closet.

There is a slider that leads to the back yard with table and chairs, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a large yard for games.

Note: Our home, like many Cape Cod rentals, does not provide linens for our guests, other than the duvets that are on our beds. Many of our guests rent from linen rental companies (we can help you with that!) or bring sheets, towels and pillowcases from home. We hope to make this as easy as possible on you, so please ask us any questions you have!

There is also a small security camera on the outside of the garage facing the driveway for security purposes.
