As planned, host promised 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests for a 2 night stay. Upon entering the VRBO, we were met with a heavy smell

We were very disappointed that you were smoking in the house and left trash everywhere. You also stained three of the beds and forgot to take the trash out of the bathrooms. This guest was an absolute disgrace to our property and is not welcome back.

This was a very difficult and disrespectful guest. I hope that they don't continue booking through VRBO and just stay at a hotel instead because hosts should not have to deal with the headache that comes with this your of guest. I do motor recommend this guest to any other hosts!
