I created Karl’s Kamp in honor of my grandpa Karl, who loved spending his days fishing the rivers and streams around Stone Mountain. Some of my favorite memories are of being by his side on the water, learning patience, appreciation for nature, and the joy of a quiet morning with a fishing pole.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home in the truest sense. I was raised here by my grandparents, and many of the families around us have lived here for generations. It’s a quiet, steady community where people know one another, look out for each other, and take pride in the land and the lifestyle.

Karl’s Kamp is a one‑of‑a‑kind studio created from a shop attached to my grandparents’ old garage—a space filled with family history and the spirit of simple, peaceful living. What makes it truly special is its connection to the outdoors. My grandpa Karl loved fishing these nearby rivers and the streams around Stone Mountain, and this studio was designed with that same quiet, getaway feeling in mind.
