The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is two blocks away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. 2 bd 1 bath, ranch home with hardwood floors and large sunroom!! All newly remodeled!! Patio area to enjoy outside!! Come and enjoy Warsaw and enjoy!!!!

This is the most adorable and welcoming house. So clean and comfortable! Everything you need and more. Also very spacious! The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, shops, and the water. I highly recommend this house!!!

Beautiful

Perfect size and amenities. Very cute and well decorated. Owner of the property was extremely friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay again in the future! Cute little safe town with a great restaurant and watering hole. Beautiful views and it was a perfect hub location for traveling into other states with the motorcycles!

We were in town to work at the Truman Dam. Found the great place to stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Everything was great and clean, Pam was an excellent hostess and made us feel welcome. It was easy to find and access. Parking was in the street, but it was perfectly safe.
