The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is two blocks away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. 2 bd 1 bath, ranch home with hardwood floors and large sunroom!! All newly remodeled!! Patio area to enjoy outside!! Come and enjoy Warsaw and enjoy!!!!

Very close to everything! Walking distance to all of downtown and fishing!! You can have your boat launched onto Lake Of The Ozarks within 2 minutes!!

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location!! We have totally remodeled this home inside and out! We restored the original hardwood floors in the home and even on the front porch. You can walk out the front porch and take a few steps and be right downtown to visit all of the lovely shops. If you love to bike or walk the trails they are all close by and you can enjoy the water while you are doing it!
