Newly built condo in 2021. Located off Central in 7 South Area close to everything! We have awesome views of Lake Hamilton and the surrounding mountains! Within 10minutes to Oaklawn and 15 minutes to downtown! Lots of shopping, restaurants, hiking trails , lakes, and fishing all in close proximity! Enjoy our private balcony on the Top floor!! Enjoy the pool or the lake. Whether you want to relax or go for entertainment this condo is the perfect spot to stay!

Mini golf, bowling, groceries, shopping, Fisherman’s Wharf, Back Porch Grill, & boat rentals/ramp all within 10 minutes to condo!

The Space:
Open space living with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom.. our guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed with a large closet for clothing. The guest bathroom is a shower / bathtub combo . The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom offering a spa like feel and a TV. There is a queen sleeper in the living room . The sheets and blankets for this are in the guest bedroom closet .

All rooms have blackout curtains and/ or roller shades .

The master bedroom has 4 pillows on the bed, a full size mirror , charging port , sound machine and a 55in TV.Step out onto the balcony to a wonderful sitting area and enjoy the stunning views! We do have a steamer, iron and ironing board, box fan and vacuum in the closet . Enjoy the spa like master bathroom and watch your favorite show while getting ready!
There is a magnifying makeup mirror and blow dryer under the cabinet . Plenty of towels and a makeup towel .

We do have travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a body soap in both bathrooms . Extra roll of toilet paper is provided. Blow dryers in both bathrooms.

The guest bedroom has a TV, large closet for clothes , sound machine and charging port .

The laundry is off the kitchen with starter pods and dryer sheets .

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic items needed to whip up a meal while watching your favorite show! There is a keurig coffee pot with stocked variety of Kpods. We also have a toaster / air fryer , crockpot, and blender . Salt and pepper. One roll of paper towel, dish soap, one extra garbage bag, dish towel and 2 dishwasher pods to get you started.

We have high speed internet and all smart TVs!

The living room has awesome lake views and a 65 in TV. A cozy electric fireplace to cuddle up with a blanket.

The bar area has wine, martini glasses , and regular cocktail glasses. 2 mule mugs with a shaker. The shelves light up. Under the cabinet is puzzles, board games and books .

No pets or smoking in the condo!

The balcony has a TV and 2 sitting areas! 2 rockers outside the master bedroom and a couch and 2 chairs off the living room. There is a table top heater but please make sure you cut the propane off and place back against the wall under the TV on departure.

Things to know:
The elevator is very close to the condo as well as the stairs . There is one designated parking spot labeled A5 and additional parking near the pool or to the left of the parking space near the fence . Please don’t park in another labeled space .
The pool is seasonal. There are lounge chairs, covered cabana and a restroom . In front of the condo is a boardwalk with boat slips. The boardwalk is perfect for fishing. There are table and chairs on the boardwalk to enjoy! We do not have a personal slip but there is temporary boat tie up areas that are first come first serve . There is no boat ramp at the condo but a public ramp is a few miles away. There is Absolutely NO TRAILER Parking at the condo. In the winter they lower the lake and results in about 40ft of lakebed exposure . Entergy lowers the lake for maintenance. Usually November through March.
