Everything you need for a 3 week stay is at your convenience. Furniture very comfortable. Even a crockpot.The owner was very responsive to concerns that come up. Communication was excellent. Very comfortable condo, very homey atmosphere. The views are great. Enjoyed the sauna. Snacks, popcorn, coffee and water provided by hosts is a very nice touch. Can't go wrong with is condo

This condo is wonderful and just as pictured. Clean, well appointed, plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. The view was great and the pool very private and nice. The condo was well situated to enjoy watching the boats and sunrises and sunsets. It was just a short drive into Hot Springs so served our purpose well. We were very comfortable all weekend because the owner took such care in setting up the condo. Will recommend!

This is without a doubt the Cleanest, most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. Had the pool all to outselves almost everytime we used it. 15 minutes from Downtown Hot Springs.Would definately stay again.

60th Anniversary

My 80 year old parents loved their time in this beautiful condo. My husband and I brought them to celebrate their 60th anniversary and it was wonderful. The view was phenomenal and the host was very nice!
