We have a small kitchen but it has everything you need, fully fenced deck giving excellent privacy & seclusion. This semi-basement is close to 520 & I-5.
The house is nearly 1000 sq.ft. located next to Ravenna Park, total 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and comfy sleeper sofa , The unit has small Kitchen with everything you could need and dining room, ( Cookware, dishes & silverware) Fridge, Microwave, Coffee maker ,TV, High speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) ,Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer, The Deck in the backyard is a shared space.
within walking distance to various business districts. It is less 25-minute walk from Wholefoods, University Valley, Starbucks, QFC, and a 3-minute drive by car.
This unit has two bedrooms (12 Inch queen Mattress bed ), fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining room, enjoy your yard and whole house .easy access, just use your personalized code to open the keypad locker(when you hear Two beep , the door is open).
- This house is divided into two units, A and B. Unit A is on the first floor, it has few steps up to the door and you can enter and exit from 60th Street. Cars can park on the street(There’s plenty of street parking), Unit B is located in the semi-basement of the house. Entrance to Unit B can be seen from the backyard. There’s no smoking in the house, please smoke outside, for your safety, we have security camera on the entrance of the house, The Deck in the backyard is a shared space. Enjoy your stay!
-We do have central heating but the control is not in the unit. Please contact us to adjust the temperature No air conditioning.
-Stove is electric stove, not run on gas
-Noise: We have guest upstairs so you may hear them. If they are too loud, please let us know and we will ask them to quiet down immediately
-Low Ceiling: Please note this is a basement unit, so the ceiling is a little lower than normal 1st level.-Stove is electric stove, not run on gas
