This property is a great location, right on a private beach. It's a more quiet/family friendly beach resort that is not crowded. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The queen sized bed is comfortable. The bunk bed have a thinner mattress, but our teen slept well. It's located on the North side of Tybee Island with a few restaurants within walking distance. We did drive into Savannah was a day visit. The apartment was very clean and the perfect size for our 4 day vacation. We've decided to make this an annual trip and stay.

This property was a good location and generally clean but the condition of the property could be better. One of the stove burners doesn’t work. The couch is broken down and the balcony feels like it has soft spots. I would suggest some refurbishment. We chose not to complain since we had a short stay on a last minute deal, but I would not rent again as is.
