Welcome to your perfect South Yarmouth getaway!
This charming 2-bedroom, pet friendly Cape Cod home is designed for easy, relaxed vacation living- whether you’re here for beach days, bike rides, or cozy nights in..
Step inside to find a bright comfortable home with central air, a gas fireplace, and a sunny game filled room that’s perfect for morning coffee or family fun. The house includes fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to unwind after a day on the Cape.
Head downstairs where you’ll find a ping pong table and extra hang out space. The backyard features a hot tub- ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploring.
For adventure lovers we provide bikes for easy rides to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and other local spots!
We provide strollers as well for families visiting. We have a fenced in backyard for your furry family members! The house is only a ten minute drive to the Nantucket ferry located in Hyannis for a fun day trip!

Yarmouth Stay

My husband and I had a great little stay in Yarmouth! Mare's house is so sweet and in a great location- it was perfect for our dogs as well with the fenced in yard. We hope to visit again some day!

We had a wonderful stay at Mares property with our kids and our pup. Clean, dog friendly home, with lots of fun, beachy decor, and plenty of space to spread out with the family. Location is close to everything! Beautiful beaches very close by where we watched the sunsets with our kids and dog, then ended our days soaking in the hot tub every night. 3 minutes away to the closet grocery store and other attractions, but the home was still tucked away in a private, beautiful neighborhood. Mare was wonderful to communicate with! Thank you so much for a wonderful September stay on Cape Cod in your home!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay. Nice fenced in back yard with hot tub. Very nicely decorated with beach/ocean theme. We’re already planning to book again.

Cape Vacation

The house was awesome. Very nicely decorated , very comfortable and the beds where great. The hot tub was awesome too. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with too.

Great vacation!

This house was perfect for friends and family. There was ample space and a private backyard. The owners were easy to communicate with. The air conditioners were a great help, and the central location allowed for easy exploration of the Cape. We would definitely come back!

Great family vacation with dogs!

We had a great time at this beautiful beachy getaway. Our dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The hosts thought of everything so all we had to do was enjoy.

The property is was clean and comfortable. I would like to see the bathroom updated or at least repainted behind the on door on the molding. Also the grab bars had some rust. I would recommend updating the Keurig machine. This one is quite old and the lid to the water had mold. Otherwise we loved the house and and would love to stay next year.

everything was phenomenal! The layout was perfect for our family, the backyard was completely fenced in for our two dogs and everything was clean and worked as it should. Communication was top notch, everything you could possibly need was there and the location was perfect for short walks around the neighborhood and adventures out and about. tremendous experience and we absolutely will go again.

Delightful home for a getaway

This property was so delightful-stepping into the home, you are whisked to a beachy cottage. The color scheme and beach decor was throughout the home, it was so refreshing. Mare, the owner, was so communicative throughout, answering every question I had. She paid attention to all the details in the home-everything is here that you could want or need. The hot tub was lovely on this cool weekend. We are already trying to figure out when we can return next. Thank you, Mare!

Loved our time at this cozy cottage!

Had a great time with our adult kids for a few days away in this adorable cottage. It's well equipped with everything you need and very clean and comfortable. Would love to find some time to visit again in the future!

Perfect spot for family of 4!

Very friendly host, extremely clean property with hot tub that was awesome! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and house layout was spacious for our kids to play. Ping pong table was a plus! Would definitely come back.
