Sunny ranch on private corner lot with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and 3 TV's. Enjoy the sun on the deck or at the Hot Tub. Play games, watch TV or relax & read in the large Family room. (lower level) Take a walk or bike ride (bikes available )on the local trails. Close to golf, parks and beautiful Dennis ponds and beaches. This quiet bay side of the Cape offers local antique shops, fine restaurants, family dining, ice cream shops, mini golf and Peterson's market for specialties prepared or to cook on the grill. Afterwards you can relax on the deck, in the private backyard or in the hot tub open mid April to October 2024. This home is a year around and summer rental. Take a well deserved 3 night weekend getaway off season for a special rate of $400/night. Min. 3 nights. Minimum age 25.

Lovely family stay

Clean and convenient property for a family and pets. Great neighborhood and easy access to beaches. Basement provides great extra space for kids to spread out.

Wonderful vacation

This has been our second time staying at this house. Wonderful location, cozy atmosphere, very clean. We are planning on booking again next summer so the kiddos can spend more time at Mayflower Beach, which is just a short drive away. 10/10

Great property, better owner!

The owners were very proactive and transparent on the property. Check in was easy. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

Fishing Trip

Easy check in and out. Owners responded promptly when contacted. Great place to stay at the cape. Had an awesome fishing trip and had a great property to come back and relax in.

Great Yarmouth Port House

We had a wonderful stay at Dennis’s Yarmouth Port house. It is clean, spacious, and super for families. We especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, both in the morning and the end of a long day. We also took advantage of the Weber grill to make some great BBQ meals. Dennis was friendly and quickly responded to my texts. My only small critique is that I wish they offered a bigger washer and dryer.

Cape stay

Dennis was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions. The house was exactly as seen, the kitchen well stocked. There were even some necessary cooking supplies as well! The hot tub was a nice addition after a long day.

Just as described...

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. This home was perfect for the 9 of us. We had a great day at Constitution beach which was only about 10 minutes away and we spent our evenings playing LCR ,great little dice game. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit was an extra bonus. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet but close to restaurants and grocery store. Dennis was more than helpful during the entire process and even checked in with us after to arrived. We were only there for the weekend, but, would have loved to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great House and Location

Wonderful stay! The house was lovely with everything you need.. and short drive to the beaches and nicely located in the middle of anywhere you want to go on the Cape!

Wonderful house for our big Thanksgiving crew

We stayed over Thanksgiving and yes, we cooked the whole thing there. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped (we brought some stuff like sharp knifes, but the rest was all there). Arrival as a snap, and Dennis always responded quickly in a few cases I had questions. We brought our own linens -- would have been nice if there were a few little things like soap, shampoo or a hand-towel, but overall no biggie. The house is on a residential street near Rt 6 -- a nice yard and lots of nice accoutrements outside ... which we mostly didn't use since it was so cold. The hot tub would have been nice, but it's closed after October I guess. Inside is spacious, and our teen kids and their guests spent most of the nights downstairs in the great basement. I am sure the clinking sounds they made on their way upstairs were teacups because teens never sneak alcohol in anywhere, do they? Haha -- out of sight worked for us, and also gave us peace in the evening, then in morning as they all had hangovers. Too much tea. So it's a really functional house, and well-maintained. Actually kind of impressive as it's got the total 1950's vibe, but the shower was sparkling and freshly grouted, all the appliances worked well, and the place was clean and in working order. Great place to hang out, especially in warmer weather.

Great Mid Cape Location

Clean cape home in a great location-near the bike path/bay side beaches, a quick ride to Hyannis or Chatham to shop. Nearby conveniences-great Pizza at Pizza by Evans and Peterson's Market for anything you might need. The house had everything to enjoy a family vacation-well stocked kitchen, great deck and outdoor shower and a bonus jacuzzi-yard space for our pups to enjoy too!

Great house, great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's in a great location, was very clean and Dennis was a great communicator, checking in by text to see if we needed anything and making sure everything was to our liking. Downstairs is an added bonus if you have kids....washer dryer was a bonus. We hope to return next year, thank you Dennis!

Felt like home!!

Great location to Corporation and Grays Beach - must do sunset at both locations! The house was equipped with everything including toilet paper, paper towels - and cleaning supplies! Only had to supply linen & towels. Convenience of washer/dryer was great! Lots of room for 6 adults and 3 kids - it has a great family room downstairs for games and the hot tub was a fun extra! We cooked breakfast & dinner! You can’t go wrong with property - we had a great first experience!

Me and my friends had a lot of fun at the house! Everything was clean! The kitchen had everything we needed. We did barbecue on the porch and enjoy the hot tub. The property is near the beach. Great thanksgiving weekend

We had a great time! The house was really nice and accommodated my family perfectly. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay in the future!

Nice weekend retreat for big groups

A group of 10 of us stayed at this property for the weekend and had a great time! The property manager was also quick to reply to any questions and easy to reach. The location was excellent, close to the beach (10 min drive) and be sure to check out the restaurant Captain Frosties nearby! Grocery store was also 3 min drive, very convenient. Overall, the property is nice, supplied with kitchenware. It was a bit of hassle to bring our own linens/pillow cases/towels, but wasn't a huge issue. Only other minor complaints was that the hot tub was a bit dirty on the sides of it, and the basement level was a little musty smelling. Overall, we had a fun stay here in Yarmouth!

Lovely house in a wonderful area

Dennis was very easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy. Note that linen & towels are not included (I'm not sure if this is usual in the US) but Dennis provided contacts for getting this delivered so it was quite easy to solve. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not clean and the washing machine did not work meaning we had to go to the coin laundry. The house is well situated for exploring the Cape.

Cozy and comfortable

Our family including our two dogs - enjoyed our short stay in this centrally located home in Yarmouth. The home was clean and comfortable and was everything we expected. My kids and I enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was responsive to our inquiries, and was easy to contact and talk to. The check in was easy and convenient as well.

Summer vaca!!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property. We love the easy access to everywhere we go. Dennis is always easily accessible and the home itself is comfy cozy and inviting!! Plus you can’t help but love the hot tub!!

We are a small family from Connecticut that has spent many vacations on Cape Cod over the years. After some years we purchased a Vacation home for ourselves to use with our friends and family. We have enjoyed the relaxing shores and paths for many years now and plan on doing more of the same for years to come.
We welcome all families and friends and their pets to use our home for their next vacation getaway.

Why they chose this property

House is located in the back of a small neighborhood on a private dead end. It's close to markets, restaurants and small shops on the Bay side and most importantly mid Cape. Less than 10 minutes to Dennis and Yarmouth Port beaches and ponds and parks. Right off 6A and near the Cape bike trail. A great neighborhood for walking or biking. Hot Tub open mid March thru October.
