Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

The communication was excellent. The house was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our time staying there. It's always such a plus to find a home where we can bring our dog and feel welcome with all the amenities provided.
This property's condition was completely unacceptable. It had an odor from layer upon layers of various foods. The floor boards was extremely unsafe. The parking was completely unacceptable. We could not access the parking alley with our vehicle. On the exterior of the building were numerous rat traps, a dilapidated old shed, and industrial (filthy) mop and bucket. This property is described as having low country charm, when in fact, it had no country charm.We are seeking a full refund and have filed a dispute with our credit card company. If this situation is not resolved to our satisfaction we will go to great lengths to ensure all potential future guest understand completely what they are paying for.
