Everything is less than a year old! The bedroom boasts two queen beds and a cozy living room with a queen memory foam mattress sofa bed. The bathroom includes a refreshing walk in shower with beautiful oversized Italian tile walls. Guests will appreciate the on site laundry facilities one unit away (seconds) from your front door. Oversized TVs, cable and WiFi included! Parking is free. Guest parking is free. Gated community.

Hello, my name is Bryan and I am from Nashville, Tennessee. I love the beach and I love to golf so Siesta Key is the perfect combination for me. My grandfather bought a villa on the Key back in the 70s so I’ve been coming there in my whole life and I can’t tell you how happy I am to finally be an owner. I’ve decided to share my winter home with you and hope that you get as much happiness and pleasure that Siesta Key has provided for me and my family throughout my life. Enjoy your time. Why they chose this property
One of the things I love most about Jamaica Royale is the beachfront pool and restrooms.. I have visited many complexes on Siesta Key through the years and you normally have to choose between going to the pool which is next to Midnight Pass Road or going to the beach for the day.. Jamaica Royale gives you the best of both worlds! I love parking in front of the unit and walking straight through the front door to the kitchen. One level convenience.. the public beach is one complex away and offers many things to do including beach volleyball along with concession stands and supervised swimming. Drum circle is always fun on a Sunday evening. Of course there is no need for a car because Johnny free rides offers tip only rides up and down the key as well as the county provided breezeway trolley, which is free. The breezeway runs all the way into downtown Sarasota. Jamaica Royale is beautiful. I love sitting and watching TV with the view of the gardens just outside my sliding glass door. I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the accommodations and the friendly people that reside there.
What makes this property unique
My properties are equipped with the best of the best.. This unit has been completely renovated, including flooring, cabinetry appliances, etc. There’s nothing that hasn’t been revamped. Sports fans will love the oversize 70 inch TV in the living room as well as the large TV in the bedroom! I don’t miss many games and you feel like you’re in the action! There are three pools for you to choose from however, this unit is not located directly across from the pool so you have peace and quiet. The closest pool is less than a minute walk away. You will appreciate the top-of-the-line mattresses and the island vibe that unit 25 provides. Enjoy.
