Thank you so much for your feedback and we are so sorry your stay was less than 5 star. We strive to provide all of our guests with a 5 star stay and take all guest feedback into consideration.
We have made sure to address all of these concerns with our staff and maintenance crew to ensure our future guests do not experience an issue during their trip. Because there was an emergency plumbing issue at the home that has now been resolved, we did offer you to move to a nearby 6 bedroom upgraded house to make up for the inconvenience but you declined. Again, we are truly sorry your experience was less than 5 star. Thank you for the feedback!
