Entertaining, working and relaxing are accommodated in each living space. A sunken living room and ac keep temperatures perfect. Two deck/patios to choose from. Lots of light from glass doors and windows. A garage to park and obtain entry. New commercial sized laundry set. Close to Palm Springs airport and central spot for all Coachella Valley businesses and events.
