Mediterranea 2 BR Gulf Front, fitness, large pool, BEACH SERVICE, Grt Gulf View!

ATTENTION: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
The Mediterrania is an exciting, upscale luxury condominium resort located on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of America. The Mediterrania is indeed 'special' and features lovely manicured gardens, a huge pool, fitness center, underground parking, and a gazebo which leads to the beach.

The unit comes with living room crown molding, tiled flooring throughout, designer window treatments, beautiful bedding, and gorgeous Coastal decor and art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant but comfortable couch, chairs, and a large smart TV for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is very classy with a spacious master bath that includes a jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with granite tops. The second large bedroom has two Queen-size beds and also comes with its own bathroom. The couch will convert to a queen-size bed, and there is a half bath for your guests.

The unit comes complete with everything you need including three TVs, free high speed wireless internet access, full size washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave.

You can dine or relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy the view or watch your children in the giant-size pool, or you can walk through the Mediterrania pool area to the Gazebo and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. We are now offering free beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) from early March until the end of Oct.

The Mediterrania is very special and is designed with luxury in mind. It is close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, you can walk to Pompano Joes, and just minutes from the outlet mall and Destin Commons.

The property had great beach access. It was a major bonus that the beach chair service was included. That is a big savings on the vacation price. The unit was very nice and spacious.

The place is secure. Gates all around with codes to use. The room was extremely nice, updated, and well taken care of. Everything was exceptionally CLEAN and in working order. The beds were nicely dressed, and the seating was ample throughout the kitchen and living room. There was no fear of dust bunnies or dirty bathroom floors. There was a nice parking spot in the parking garage. The main balcony was perfect...nice furniture and bar to sit at facing the ocean. There were two more balconies off of each bedroom. The view was spectacular. The grounds were well kept, and every room oversees the pool and hot tub area, which were closed for some reason for the entirety of our stay (the reason for only 4 stars). However, it looked like a very nice large pool. We would absolutely stay here again! One of my favorites that I've rented and we visit the Destin area at least once a year (always beach front). Oh, it's also directly across the street from Joe Pompano's which was a nice treat.

303A is nicely decorated and everything needed for a nice vacation. Easy access to the beach with chairs and the pool is clean and enjoyable. Will definitely come back for another visit.
