Newly remodeled Beach cottage is the perfect home for your beach getaway trip to Corolla in the sought after 4x4 and wild horse area. Guests will find a screened in 2nd floor balcony where you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, including BR 1 w/a queen bed & a private full bath w/a bidet & walk in closet & TV. BR 2 features a queen mechanical bed that allows you to raise the head or feet while laying in bed w/a closet & also enjoy watching your own binge shows. BR 3 features one full bed, a TV & closet. BR 4 has a fun bunk bed w/a twin on top, full on the bottom, nice sized TV for gaming or watching TV. There's a 2nd full bath in the hall w/a linen closet. There's an open floor plan living room & kitchen. The Kitchen table seats 8 comfortably along w/3 bar stools at the counter. When you're done with the beach, there's foosball, air hockey and cornhole in the enclosed unconditioned 1st floor.

We love the beaches of North Carolina! We've been staying at VRBO's and Airbnb's in over 5 different contries for years. This home has been our personal beach house for a few years and we recently decided to convert this home to a weekly rental because we were afforded an opportunity to buy another home for our personal use with the inlaws. We have affectionately taken great care of this home and hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We love beaching it in Carova - easy, drive to your spot and you're there!

We love the beach and there's nothing better than loading up your 4x4 vehicle, picking your spot on the beach and you're there!

What makes this property unique

Close to the ocean, clean, extra games to play on the 1st level in the evenings or rainy days - cornhole, foosball, airhockey. It's great having an ice machine and the additional fridge for all your drinks too! It's surprisingly roomy inside and the the screened in porch is fabulous!
