Cozy home in westside Santa Cruz near ocean and the University
Discover this gem in Santa Cruz with 2 bedrooms (but only one will be rented) and a den perfect for movie nights, Our home is located only 4 blocks from the ocean and beautiful West Cliff Drive where you can take a stroll or bike ride along the coastal bluffs. The redwoods are a 15 minute drive away for lovely hikes and walks. We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Cruz and UC Santa Cruz. We also have a great deck for barbecuing.
NOTE: We are looking for a long-term guest so prefer an individual or couple for one month or more from March through mid-April. Our pricing reflects a discount for reserving for at least 30 days.
