The pictures of the the property are pretty accurate however, the l McLean liness of the house mainly the kitchen drawers left for a little undesirable cooking experience. The host was unreachable leading for 3.5 hours before able to enter the property overall the stay was nice. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The walk down to the water is amazing all of the shells!
The management of the company was very attentive after our stay.
We did come up with a monetary solution for our numerous “inconveniences” we encountered during our stay.
This home is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed here with 3 generations for a “girls trip”. There’s a queen bedroom on the main floor so mom didn’t have to climb stairs, and the bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. We used the sauna-instructions are very easy to follow. We didn’t cook but it has anything you would need to prepare meals. There is tons of seating-the couch is a perfect place to kick back and read or watch the ducks go by. Every window offers up beautiful views. The pictures do not do this home justice. The view at night with the lights on the water is breathtaking. We have even started talking about our next trip back.
The property was exactly as pictured. The location was so peaceful and serene. Lovely water views and many birds to watch and listen to. Inside was clean and tastefully decorated. Well stocked to have the basics you need when away from home. The beds were soft and comfortable and there was a fan available for white noise should you require that. Plenty of towels and good pressure and temperature in the showers. The steam sauna was fantastic and got up to 125-130 degrees for nice post hike relaxation. Kathleen was attentive and kind and promptly addressed a minor issue we encountered on check in. She even provided us with dining/excursion advice as a local. I would 100% stay again.
