I had to inquire after check in time to find out how to gain access to house. The dishwasher had old water standing in bottom that had the worst odor - we had to run 3 cycles of vinegar through to get rid of it. We packed light for trip knowing we had washer and dryer. - washed our first large load of clothes to realize dryer doesn’t work. Property manager said owner will purchase a new one instead of repairing…so we laid clothes all over house to dry. No tupperware or mixing bowls in kitchen to use.

Hi Caroline, Thank you for your review and for staying with us, we truly appreciate your feedback. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with check-in. We’re reviewing our process to ensure access details are always clearly shared ahead of arrival, so this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the dishwasher, we apologize for the condition you encountered. We did offer to have a plumber come out to take a look, but you stated that after running a cycle the issue seemed to be resolved during your stay. That said, we’ve since had it thoroughly serviced to prevent any recurrence. I also sincerely apologize about the dryer not working, that’s understandably frustrating, especially when you planned around having it available. I’m happy to share that the dryer has now been fully repaired and is working properly for future guests. Thank you as well for noting the missing kitchen items. We’ve added mixing bowls and food storage containers to better equip the space. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother, more seamless stay in the future.
