“The Palms" is a single-family home with a heated private pool in the heart of Sarasota. The home is 5 miles to the #1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a screened-in outdoor sunroom. The fully private, fully enclosed outdoor space is one-of-a-kind with a modern pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit and lounge chairs for guests to lounge in style.

THE SPACE:
Welcome to The Palms! A 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home in a quiet neighborhood with private pool that sleeps 6 comfortably.

The Palms is 5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, #1 beach in the USA (approx. a 15 min drive).

COMMON AREAS:
The KITCHEN has beautiful cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It is fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware and coffee maker. Plastic plates and cups are provided for use outdoors and around the pool. The kitchen island faces the living space, and it has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The LIVING ROOM has a large leather sectional. The shiplap and stone fireplace wall features a 65" smart TV with cable and Netflix. The LED fireplace makes us nostalgic for winter…but without the winter weather! Large windows let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine throughout the home.

The screened SUNROOM has a table and 4 chairs for dining or breakfast in the sun. The full-size WASHER and DRYER are located to the side of the sunroom.

THE POOL & BACKYARD:
Lounge poolside in the FULLY PRIVATE POOL AREA and soak up the warm Florida sun! The 8,000-gallon POOL IS HEATED and typically kept at 85 degrees, so it is perfect for swimming year-round. The pool is approx. 3-6 feet deep, with a shallow sundeck for lounging while dipping your toes in the water. Outdoor pool lounge chairs round out the pool space for sunbathing.

Grill outdoors on the propane BBQ GRILL and enjoy the evening sunset. During the evenings, relax outdoors in the HOT TUB or by the FIRE PIT. The backyard and pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy.

BEDROOMS:
The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE has a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and large closet, in addition to an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with standing shower. The sliding glass doors allow direct access to the pool.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed, nightstands, chest and medium-size closet.

The THIRD BEDROOM has two twin beds, nightstand, chest and closet.

The SECOND BATHROOM is accessible from the entire house, with a bathtub and vanity with large counter space.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
The home includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your perfect day at the beach. All bath towels and linens are included for a fuss-free vacation.

Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please help us maintain our amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future - please DO NOT WIPE MAKEUP on bath towels or washcloths.. DO NOT FLUSH makeup wipes or feminine hygiene products, including tampons. Additional charges may apply for clogs or ruined towels.

Guests are responsible for damage to the property or items within the property and will be charged for repair or replacement accordingly.

We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and location. House had just about anything and everything you need! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Only had a couple of draw backs but the perks outweighed them! Upon entering the house, it smelled damp/musty. The master bed was squeaky anytime you moved.

We came down from New York for Thanksgiving. This house had it all. All we had to buy was our food for the kitchen. There was an over abundance of pool towels and bath towels. The set-up in the backyard is awesome!!! We loved the open concept living room/kitchen. Sleeping quarters were perfect for the 5 of us. Everything worked. The Jacuzzi was nice to sit in at night and in the morning. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms very much. The property was very clean and was thoughtfully furnished for comfortable seating for all. The outdoor area was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The property had everything we could need and more. The beach gear, including the wagon for hauling everything, was greatly appreciated. It was an unexpected bonus to find things stocked in the kitchen like condiments, coffee and vegetable oil as well as laundry pods and dryer sheets. Ron was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay there again!

From the moment we booked our stay at The Palms, the communication was awesome. We arrived to a clean house and all of our questions were answered quickly. Excellent property. Private backyard and close to Siesta Beach

First of all, communication with the property owner is excellent. We arrived just after hurricane Ian. We were kept up to date about condition of property with regular updates prior to arrival. The house is bright and clean. The kitchen is the best equipped that we have experienced with a rental. Plenty of towels, including those for the beach/pool. There are several coolers, and equipment (chairs, etc) for taking to the beach if you choose to do so. We were supplied with plenty of good quality toilet paper and paper towel. Enough for our entire stay and beyond. Literally all we would have needed to bring was our clothing and food. Everything else one would need was provided. Wifi/Internet is great both inside and out. The bright spot is the backyard/pool area. Completely private. We had already been at Siesta Key for a week, so other than going out for groceries we did not leave the property. Hot tub and pool are awesome. Pool is heated and gets both sun and shade as the day goes on. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this property for couples, or an entire family.

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing place to unwind from the cold here in Michigan and this was the place. It was clean, had everything we needed and the backyard was a dream. Communication was perfect. One thing to note is that it is located in a quiet neighborhood but within 15 minutes to Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota and St. Armands circle. It was perfect for us.

This was our second stay at The Palms. We had such a wonderful time hanging out by the pool. The house was very clean and everything you would need is there. All you have to do is show up. The location is phenomenal and just a short drive to the beach. The hosts are great to deal with. We will absolutely be back again for another stay. Five stars all the way!

Love The Palms!

We did not lack for a thing. This is a classy, clean and beautiful property. We were told to do no work because we’d paid for the services. We are planning to come back next year...for longer!
