PLEASE NOTE: This is a high end private home in a residential neighborhood and is not available for events or weddings. As per Palm Springs City law, outside amplified music is not allowed at any time. It is GREAT for families with children and for couples get-togethers. This ad is for the Main House (4 bedrooms/4 baths) of a 7 bedroom Estate. The entire Estate is advertised as property #269337 and can accommodate up to 14 (2 must be children under the age of 13). This ad is to accommodate smaller families/groups at a lower per night rate. The 2 casitas will remain unused. Outdoor fireplaces, spa in a cave and a swim up bar make it perfect for getting together and enjoying friends and family.
This beautiful property has 6 fireplaces on the property. The pool has an island in the middle, with a BBQ kitchen, fireplace, patio table, hammock and sandy beach. The island is accessed by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the moving river. The spa is in a cave and has a slide from the top into the deepest part of the pool. The river circles the island. River jets can be turned on to create a current in the river. Rafts and tubes are provided.
The pool, the island and the river: The pool has an island in the middle with a full BBQ kitchen, table, hammock, sandy beach and lounge chairs. You get to the island by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the river. The Spa is in a cave with a flowing waterfall and a slide from the top for some added adventure. Now for the River Adventure. The river actually moves!! You can raft down the river with the moving current! There is an additional fee for the water features; i.e. moving river, slide and waterfalls. These features are on a separate meter. It costs apx $40/hr for the river; $10/hr for the slide or waterfalls. You can use these features as little or as much as you wish. The pool is great without them as well.
Putting greens: You can practice your putts right outside the door!
Great Gameroom: pool, ping pong, bowling, fisball, air hockey, video games, pinball and more. Bring quarters for the pinball machine.
