Great time!

The condo was in a great location and was very clean and spacious for my family of four. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach everyday. We will definitely come back!!

Great place for a family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo in St. Augustine. The condo and property were very clean, with a nice pool, and easy access to the beach and ocean. The staff onsite are very friendly and make the check-in and check-out process very easy. We loved the condo and St. Augustine and can't wait for our next visit.

Great Stay!

This property is exactly as portrayed on the website....no deceptive pictures here. The location of the condo is excellent too. You're just far enough away from the hustle bustle of St. Augustine but close enough to zip over there for dinner, tours, etc. The system of sliding doors creates your own balcony, although you have to be careful of bugs coming inside. Everything was clean and like new and you have a good view of the beach. The beach itself is great and very walkable.

A lovely week at the Anastasia

My husband, daughter and I loved our week in unit 711. The unit is beautifully appointed and had clearly been prepared by people who love their place. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only problem was that the elevators were not in perfect working order. The problems were being addressed by the property management. but it was a bit inconvenient. In spite of that, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

October getaway

Loved the fact that it was top floor, had elevators and carts . Condo has been nicely updated. Maximum ocean front view is somewhat hampered by building next door. As a former rental vacation property owner I appreciate a well equipped kitchen but there was really no space for our groceries and items we brought. Being under 5'4" the stacked dryer was too high to see the settings without having to climb up on something. A folding step stool would be great for vertically challenged people like me (and safer).

Unable to stay due to significant issues

Several issues made it not possible for us to stay for our trip. Construction on the balcony. Danger signs posted over windows Standing water on the floor. Damp/ mold / wet mildew smell through out property. We also had issues getting into the gate and parking lot. Prior reviews looks good so this might be a one off, but we left the property right after finding the issues as it wasn't fit for usage.

The property itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. However, the management company was horrible! 1)The code to the entrance gate that was provided to us was not correct. 2)The code to gate to access the beach was not correct. 3) There is a wall fountain inside the condo that was running with no water in it. We texted and called our property caretaker and we’re informed a manager would contact us. That never occurred. Fortunately another guest provided us with their entry code and we used that that access the beach. We finally located a wall switch to turn off the wall fountain so that alleviated that issue. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again. However, very poor customer service by the folks managing that property.
