Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels and bed sheets in the washer.
Take out the trash to the outside bin.
Turn off all lights and appliances when checking out.
Make sure doors are locked when leaving (I will also lock them remotely)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
