Enjoy a bright, open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

For added safety, there is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door for exterior security and monitoring of the entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Please note: Access to the community pool, gym, and clubhouse is only available for bookings of 90 days or longer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels and bed sheets in the washer. Take out the trash to the outside bin. Turn off all lights and appliances when checking out.
Make sure doors are locked when leaving (I will also lock them remotely)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
