There’s plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. The three bathrooms include showers and bathtubs, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day of fun. A large kitchen and living room with an open floor plan that offers two sofas, perfect for extra guests. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to leave things including patio furniture cushions decorations silver wear plates tv remotes etc in their original location as they were at check in.
Trash runs on Wednesday and Saturdays so if you are here on these days. Please take the trash down the night before (Tuesday and Friday nights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place was great we hated to leave large open house great for family or group of friends. Close to center of town and just few hundred yards to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

The host was very friendly and responsive. We had an issue with one of the showers during our stay, and he sent a plumber to fix it the same day.The house had plenty of space to accommodate our group of 23 people and was very close to the beach.The kitchen is stocked with enough pots/pans/dishes to cook for a large group.
