Property was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Only one was cloth found. We would have liked to have TV in the bedrooms. The beds are very firm. Good for me not so much for my wife.

Our rental stay with Eran at Indian Rocks Beach was more than we imagined. The duplex was roomy/clean for 5 adults, neighborhood was perfect and very safe. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need to keep your family well fed. Upon arrival we did not drive for 2 days...beach, great restaurants, ice cream shop...all within walking distance. We did go to Countryside Mall for shopping...nice stores, food court was awesome and my granddaughter went ice skating at the indoor rink. We also visit Seaside Seabird Sanctuary (about 10 minutes away) a very big hit with all of us!!! The beach sand was perfect, the best beach I've ever dealt with.....perfect. Everything highly recommended and would return with a glad heart.

Everything was exactly how it said it was. Very clean convient to all restaurants and beach. I have not a bad thing to say and definitely would stay at this property again.
