The house includes two bathrooms, both with a relaxing bathtub. Stay in the heart of Dripping Springs, just minutes from Hamilton Pool, Reimers Ranch Park, and a neighborhood lake park with trails and swimming. Perfect for relaxing or adventuring, this retreat is close to the best of the Hill Country.
Love local flavor? You’ll be right by Fitzhugh Road, famous for its distilleries, wineries, and breweries — including One Shot Distillery, Route 12 Filling Station, Lucky Arrow Coffee, Treaty Oak, Deep Eddy, and many more. Sip your way through Texas here. There is a maximum of six people allowed in the home if you go above six people it is $90 per person per night. The pet fee is nonrefundable. It is $100 per pet. The pet fee includes all animals including service animals. If you break these rules, you will be charged an additional $500 if you do not pre-pay.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before heading out, please: Please wash your dishes and load into dishwasher Return items to their original place – put all remotes, accessories, and anything you moved back where it was.
Trash – bag up all trash and place it by the front door inside. Used towels & rags – place them in the bathroom tub.
Checkout time – is 11:00 AM. Please message once you leave so the cleaning crew can head over. We would love and truly appreciate a positive review as we grow our new space 💛. Thank you so much.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not enter side property it is a separate residence, park only on dirt driveway do not park on grass.

Host canceled on us Christmas Day and that was our Christmas presents to our family. They stated they didn’t have a cleaner to clean the house which they should have know about way before hand or not posted their house for rent. Not good customer service or satisfaction.
