**Please Note** There is an attached and completely private studio next to the house that is occupied a couple of times a year by the owners. The backyard is secluded and private as well. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the occupancy.

Just minutes from Sedona yet tucked away in a serene setting near Oak Creek, this inviting 3-bedroom getaway offers comfort, privacy, and room to truly unwind.
Step inside to a bright, open layout featuring a large living room and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with an oversized island — perfect for cooking, gathering, and entertaining. The primary suite is a retreat of its own with a private door to the jacuzzi and a beautifully renovated en suite bath complete with a relaxing steam shower.
Outdoors, you'll find expansive green lawns, a peaceful workout area, and a BBQ grill for evening meals — along with a dedicated outdoor dining space ideal for enjoying breakfast in the fresh Cornville air or dinner beneath the stars. The charming tree tunnel drive leading to the home opens to the home's wide front yard and warm ranch-style welcome.
Whether you're exploring nearby vineyards, relaxing by Oak Creek, or heading into Sedona's red rock country, My Green Acres offers the perfect balance of comfort, tranquility, and convenience.
House Rules:
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ Maximum of 1 dog under 25 lbs is allowed
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage.
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150 that is non-refundable.
~ Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
