The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within Verde Valley Wine Country. It is a 5 minute walk to Old Town Cottonwood and its exceptional Wine Tasting Rooms and Restaurants and it is close to local wineries, scenic drives, hiking trails, and outdoor activities, while still offering a calm place to unwind at the end of the day. The area feels open and peaceful, with mountain and desert views, making it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
We chose this home for its peaceful setting, modern design, and proximity to the best of Verde Valley, which makes it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the area without feeling crowded or touristy. The single-level layout and flexible sleeping spaces also made it ideal for welcoming a variety of guests comfortably.
Our home offers a rare balance of modern comfort and relaxed wine-country living. Guests enjoy a clean, uncluttered interior paired with inviting outdoor spaces, including a covered patio and fire pit for evenings under the stars. The flexible sleeping room allows families or mixed groups to stay together comfortably without the home ever feeling cramped.
