Apartment Riva is located directly on the coast, in the very center of Split, on the western part of Riva, a coastal promenade that, on the one hand leads to the center of the city, and on the other to the beautiful city beaches and park-forest Marjan.
The apartment is suitable for a comfortable stay of two people with the possibility of accommodating up to four people. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room and balcony with sea view on Riva and nearby ACY marina. Equipped with modern equipment to make your stay more enjoyable and carefree. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, massage shower, fully equipped kitchen.
If you are heading for the nearby city center (5min), you will find numerous restaurants, taverns, cafes, shops and the old part of the city, called Varos, as well as a picturesque fish market. On the other hand, if you want to spend some time in the nature and by the sea, you can reach nearby beaches of Ježinac, Kašuni, Institute, Bene and the park-forest Marjan with its cycling and hiking trails, old churches, museums and the Sustipan memorial park.

In my opinion, I am very welcoming person, I like to meet new people and make them comfortable in my apartment. I travel a lot, and therefore I am familiar with the things you need at the apartment and the most important information once you have arrived at the destination. I try not to bother the guests too much, but also to keep in touch if they need something.
Why they chose this property
The apartment Riva itself is the best host, because after you enter inside, you feel like at home. At least, we try to make it feel like home. The most important part is, there is a balcony and an overview of the harbour.
I provide the main information and some maps, some suggestions what to visit which always includes some galleries, restaurants, good shops and a beautiful Park-forest Marjan (where I work). I hope and I try to make it as clean as possible.
