Our thoroughbred horse farm is a thriving and successful business. At any given time we have many mares, foals/weanling and yearlings as well as our retired horses living on the farm. They are all part of our family, on this family run farm.
This prolific farm was an original land grant by the King of England. As the story goes, told by previous owners, we are the 5th or 6th owner!

Why they chose this property
We are located ina highly sought after area for raising elite thoroughbred race horses. It is also in close proximity to many things we enjoy & easy access to Lexington. To name a few, small town cafe's and boutique shopping, grocery, church and Keeneland Racecourse.
What makes this property unique
This house is very roomy and comfortable, the kitchen is a chef's delight, the covered balcony overlooks the farm with a gorgeous sunset each evening. The views through every window of the house are amazing, as you look out over the manicured horse farm with its horses running freely. Relax at the pool and enjoy the Bluegrass surroundings.
