This property and our hosts absolutely exceeded expectations…Beautiful all the way around! The house itself is very spacious with plenty of rooms and amenities. The back deck, yard, and pool are the perfect place to spend time outside (sun sets right over the back yard). Perfectly located between the airport, Keenland, and some of the major distilleries (Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Castle & Key, Four Roses, Whiskey Thief, etc). And the best part, the horse farm surrounding the house makes the experience whole. Horses are constantly grazing and curiously exploring near the home. And aside from being very responsive hosts, we were even fortunate to run into them and they educated us on the property, farm, and local culture, including how to make the most of our visit to see some Keenland horse racing! Cannot recommend this place enough, especially for anyone looking to have a fun and authentic stay! Thank you again!

Our thoroughbred horse farm is a thriving and successful business. At any given time we have many mares, foals/weanling and yearlings as well as our retired horses living on the farm. They are all part of our family, on this family run farm.

This prolific farm was an original land grant by the King of England. As the story goes, told by previous owners, we are the 5th or 6th owner!

Why they chose this property

We are located ina highly sought after area for raising elite thoroughbred race horses. It is also in close proximity to many things we enjoy & easy access to Lexington. To name a few, small town cafe's and boutique shopping, grocery, church and Keeneland Racecourse.

What makes this property unique

This house is very roomy and comfortable, the kitchen is a chef's delight, the covered balcony overlooks the farm with a gorgeous sunset each evening. The views through every window of the house are amazing, as you look out over the manicured horse farm with its horses running freely. Relax at the pool and enjoy the Bluegrass surroundings.
