Couldn’t have asked for a better stay with the most beautiful views. Everything went smoothly from checkin to the stay itself. Be mindful of other guests on the property but everyone is quite and respectful. 10/10 made my trip feel like a real treat! And the bed !! Omg so comfortable I didn’t want to leave . The host was very responsive!!

We loved our stay here! We were looking for a taste of what it feels like to live in the hills of LA and this place gave us just that. It gave an amazing view in a super relaxing setting. The studio is small and minimal with basic amenities but it fit our style. Our host Felix was very accommodating and helpful. His response was almost immediate whenever we had questions. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great view. But there are things the listing doesn't tell you.To be fair the view is genuinely beautiful and the pool is a real plus. But there are four things I wish I'd known before booking:1. You are not renting a private place. The whole building is rented out room by room. There were at least 5 other parties on site while we stayed. The listing doesn't mention this anywhere. Other guests looked just as surprised as we were.2. The stairs are steep and there are a lot of them. Our room was three floors down. Getting luggage down and back up was a workout. If you have mobility issues, heavy bags, or small kids, seriously consider this first.3. The building is under active construction. No heads-up from the host. We were woken up early by construction noise, and our car was coated in construction dust.4. Parking is tight. Five spots total. If one party shows up with two cars, someone is getting double-parked.The room itself is basically a small container unit with floor-to-ceiling windows on one side. It looks cool, and the light is great. The bed feels smaller than a queen snug for two people.

Though Felix masterfully balances attentiveness with valuing guest privacy, the property is undergoing significant repair and maintenance. The stairs leading down to our studio were in need of repair and pose significant fall risk, and everyday we were there (Thurs-Sun), we were awoken by construction work by 8:30am. Amenities such as parking and the pool are accurately described, however, failure to disclose that the property has multiple available units (not private) and the extent to which active construction is occurring makes the listing feel misleading. Beyond other guests being present on the property, we also experienced construction/maintenance workers being outside our door daily. Additionally, basic amenities like face towels, cleaning supplies (to wash our dishes, sanitize the toilet that is in the shower, etc) were not provided. Overall, the property is in a beautiful location, and Felix is very welcoming. However, it does not currently feel in apt condition for hosting guests. I am curious to know how my nightly rate compares to guests who were able to experience a more private, disruption-free stay when construction is not actively happening on site. I frankly feel it should be adjusted to reflect the experience we had if it hasn’t already.

The drive up the meandering hill to the property was beautiful and the view from the room was spectacular. The amenities were phenomenal. The host was gracious and peaceful. We will stay there again.
