This property is located in a very walkable area. We were able to get some really good food in China Town and coffee and dessert places too. It is walkable to Parc Casino and a nice little park on the same block.The apartment was clean, kitchen is well stocked, however bring extra towels. I couldn't find any aside from the 2 that was provided.Check in was a little annoying as I had to park my car, go to the 10th floor and grab a key. Go back down park the car. And let me tell you this parking garage is huge. The YouTube video was helpful, I don't think we would have found the parking stall. In my personal opinion having my dog with me was a little difficult as this apartment is on the 29th floor, having to take him potty break was a bit inconvenient. The pool was very busy, I believe it shares it with multiple communities. When we went the first time there were about a dozen people in there, 4 in the hot tub 4 in the sauna and another 4-5 in the pool. We really weren't able to use this amenity at all.

Many things broken in the unit, including light switches, floorboards, balcony door. Skytrain is louder than anticipated, bring earplugs. Check-in process is a bit strange with the hiding of the key. Convenient location, walkable, across from large supermarket.
