Located within the Emerald Lakes community, the house has five bedrooms, including a king bed, three queen beds, and a bunk bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. The three bathrooms feature both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or unwinding in your private room, this beautiful house offers a fantastic retreat. The Emerald acres community is loaded with amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, 6 lakes, basketball and tennis courts and more. There is a fee, payable to the community, to use the amenities. The cost per person is $20 for a one day pass, $30 for a 3 day pass, and $50 for a one week pass. Additionally, adventure is in your backyard with the Kalahari resort and Camelback Mountain about 7 minutes away and the Delaware state forest is two minutes away.
