The fully equipped 950 ft2 Villa has a privilege location inside the Palm Golf Course next to the Wyndham Hotel. Experience The Palmas Del Mar community amenities like Tennis Course, beaches, restaurants and many more.
This place location is amazing, no where else in Palmas Del Mar you will have two luxurious pools next to your balcony at ground levels. If you get tire of the pools just walk a few minutes to the beach or a few seconds to a small lake where you can feed the wild life (fish, exotic birds and turtles!!). If you do not want to walk a few minutes just ride the Villa's Golf Cart to where ever you desire inside the gated community of Palmas Del Mar. Golf carts has their own exclusive road everywhere inside Palmas so you can drive safely around without using your Car. If you like night life without the chaos of San Juan you will love Palmanova, a Square(Plaza) in Palma's where tourists and locals go to have a good time, eat at the restaurants all without leaving gated Palmas Del Mar. Having the location next to the Wyndham provides the convenient of just walking back to your place after having a couple of drinks! If you like nature, Palmas even has a mangrove forest with a boardwalk to explore the mangrove. With a Marina available inside Palmas you can charter a boat to Vieques, Culebra or Isla de Monos where you can scuba dive, snorkel or just relax in a deserted beach.
The Villa will be all yours. You will have total privacy; the Villa is equipped with everything you need, A/C in the entire Villa, high speed internet with a Netflix account, all the kitchen appliances like stove, oven, microwaves, coffee maker, toaster, pots, utensils, etc . Location is perfect. We enjoyed the pools and beach and other Palmas Del Mar amenities. We’re able to find a English speaking church as well. Overall, excellent stay. Owner was very helpful as well. Highly recommend it.

The condo was a perfect place for us to relax and sleep after a long day of hanging out by the pool. The backyard had a gorgeous view that you could enjoy from a covered porch. The pool was basically in the backyard. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5.

The location of this property was amazing. The pools were great. We loved the short walk to the beach and the turtle pond. The villa was clean. A few things needed updating but it didn't matter. We would definitely return.

Very Nice Puerto Island Stay

Very clean ground level gated 1 bedroom condo. Easy beach and pool access. Plenty of reasonably priced good restaurants in the development area and convenient snokeling outside of development area. Only downside is golf access for non-members. $200, limited times for singles, and no group setups for singles. Note: Checkin process was difficult(hard to find condo even with GPS).

Great location, Great Value

Great property if you looking for a good value in the Palmas community. The owner is very responsive and helpful when needed. The unit is a 1 bedroom with additional futons available in the living room. I would not recommend planning to use the futons as your main sleeping area. The futon mattress firmness may impede sleeping beyond a nap for some. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would use again.

Very nice spacious place. Clean kitchen with everything u need. Walmart supercenter a short drive for grocery shopping. Extra closet with stuff to use at the beach. Beautiful golf course. Safe gated community that’s well-maintained. Pond with lots of turtles, birds, and iguanas that appreciated the fruit we cut up for them. Beach is a short walk away. Staff was very friendly. Hotel next store had excellent food. A/C kept the place very cool. Two pools, hot tub, and kiddie pool. We would stay here again!

It was a fun time

The condition of the apartment was great. I found a roach but I understand being on the ground floor that is going to happen. The internet did not work for almost two days but the contact person was very attentive and got the issue resolved. I had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

The place was rundown . Two dining chairs were broken unusable , futon missing a leg . Bedding old and needed cleaning . Garden hose nozzle on shower, ants , no beach towels , old beach chairs , loungers on beach for Wyndham not for us, needs good dusting , sheer curtain leading to patio , restaurants at the square area were terrible , I am not a complainer and most reviews are positive , however I read good reviews and I wish people were honest because I count on those reviews, so I am honest so next person knows what to expect

La villa es amplia, tranquila y queda a pasos de dos piscinas y la playa. Posee todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tiene estacionamiento en cualquier área del complejo. Lo único que deben mejorar es uno de los sofá cama que no se convierte en sofá porque está roto, una silla del comedor que está rota y la ducha que se queda goteando todo el tiempo. A causa de esto, solo caben 3 personas cómodas (1 en 1 sofá cama y 2 en la cama del cuarto). Por un precioun poco más económico, me volvería a quedar sin duda alguna.

Muy buena, todo en orden y limpio. Se fue la luz y no hay generador en el complejo o equipo en el apartamento para remediar en lo que se repone el servicio. Deben avisar que hay que llegar antes de las 4pm para el 'check in' ya que el guardia de la entrada se va y no hay manera de entrar ya que las llaves y tarjeta del estacionamiento están en el apartamento.

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay at Alberto’s condo, it was spacious and esthetically pleasing. The condo had everything you need to cook, even had beach toys and a surf board. The location was perfect!The condo was a short walk away from the beach, we had a great time at the pool. When we got bored and wanted drinks we walked across to the Wyndham Hotel Bar and bought drinks, you want to use their pool you just have to pay for the day pass. We visited El Yunque, Vieques Island and Old San Juan and the drive was not terrible. We will definitely stay here again!

My teen kids and I went to PR for a Spring Break vacation. This place was warm, up to date, and inviting! We enjoyed our time at this relaxing condo. The location is perfect and the host was extremely pleasant. The getaway was something refreshing and the amenities within Palmas were lots of fun! There's so much to do near Humacao. I will definitely be returning to Mr.Carasquillo's condo! Very great experience, we all enjoyed it so much!
