Perfect for large families and groups, this coastal retreat is only a 10-minute drive from the beach. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 11 beds for up to 16 guests—plus an optional Captain’s Quarters that adds space for 3 more that can be rented also. Relax or play in the huge screened porch, complete with a pool table, foosball, and comfortable lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open kitchen with an island bar that seats 3, plus a dining area with seating for 6—perfect for family meals and group gatherings.
The master bedroom includes two queen beds and a private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom features two additional queen beds. There is an area off the living room that has 2 queen/twin bunk beds. Another small room has a sleeper sofa with washer and dryer.
The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, regular coffee pot, toaster, microwave.
Large screened-in porch — perfect for hanging out day or night, Pool table, Foosball table. Plenty of loungers and chairs for relaxing & open layout ideal for gathering and socializing
