Superb Penthouse built in 2018 of 1000 feet squares located on the 4th floor with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi open year-round and view of Quebec City, abundant windows and private covered parking. Neighborhood animated all year near Old Quebec with all the shops nearby: restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, bakeries, etc. Owners available, impeccable service and excellent maintenance.
The condo and the private terrace offer beautiful views and the building is very well soundproofed. In addition, the condo has an original decoration, 9 feet cellings, granite countertops, a perfectly equipped kitchen (espresso machine, dishwasher, etc.), air conditioning, Wifi, ceramic shower and much more!
Please note that there is no elevator.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable.
Frédéric was everything you could ever want in a host--incredibly responsive, fully detailed prior and during visit, generous to a fault. He went above and beyond my expectations. We very much intend to rent again next year!
We arrived in a blizzard and luckily could get in early. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants within steps of the condo. Great space in the condo, so awesome to have laundry.
This rental is wonderful and has everything you might need, from tissues and wastebaskets to kitchen supplies and even a small vacuum cleaner to keep the floor clean for longer stays. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was one of the best in terms of location, cleanliness and being well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Communication was quick and easy as was check in and check out. We didn’t use the hot tub but enjoyed the rooftop space and even got to watch a fireworks show over the river from our vantage point. Great stay all around!!

Condo was exactly as described and the communication with the owners was simple and effective. We loved our stay and the neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, and bakery. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
Our family of four had an excellent stay here. We walked into the city each day and returned to the hot tub and a neighborhood dinner each evening. The place was clean and spacious with excellent views all around.
We really enjoyed our accommodations in Limoilou. Loved the hot tub and the accommodations were perfect. Only a 20 min walk to downtown old Quebec. Place was clean and well stocked. 5 star rating!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s location and the condo itself was sparkling clean and very well appointed for our purpose. We look forward to visiting Quebec city again, and would seriously consider returning to this condo as our home base.

Check in was a breeze, thanks to the thorough instructions provided and the accommodations were truly top notch. The views from the apartment were expansive, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and linens were very comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of exploring the city. The neighborhood itself was quiet and had lots to offer within walking distance. A great place to stay, for sure!
We loved our 6 night stay! The apartment was true to the photographs and well-equipped. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the views of the city from the lovely windows and terrace. It was conveniently located near a grocery store and about a 1.5 mile easy walk to Old City. Several bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy as well.
Our atay was perfect! The unit is nicer than advertised! Big, clean and comfortable. It’s located on a street corner but was so quiet; the windows are too notch. The reserved parking is a big plus. Many great dining options within walking distance.

The standard of fixtures and fittings and the quality and attention to detail in the accessories provided is top notch. The location is great with some really nice stores and restaurants close by. The neighbourhood is lovely, people are friendly and it’s a great base for exploring Quebec. We had some occasional street noise from the pub downstairs but nothing too disruptive. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and we appreciated the amount of thought and attention given to visitor comfort.
The condominium was very nice, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was very convenient with a grocery store around the corner and two pharmacies, as well as a number of eateries and coffee shops. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic city, but one can drive and easily park in the garage that is located there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as did my partner. The hosts were very responsive to any of our questions and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property if I return to Quebec I would definitely stay here again.
