At Chateau Winston, turn the pool into a heated pool for cool evenings, then walk to
Rosemary Beach for dinner or take the quick walk to beach access at the end of the
block. This 4-bedroom retreat sleeps 10 in comfort — the kind of home where the
whole group gathers on the pool deck before anyone even has to ask, and the Gulf
breeze does the rest.

ABOUT THIS SPACE
Chateau Winston is a three-story, 4-bedroom home built for big groups who don't want
to feel like they're on top of each other. Seven beds sleep 10 across four bedrooms:
three suites each hold a king bed and their own private bath, and the fourth bedroom
is a built-in bunk room with two sets of bunk beds tucked behind shiplap walls — the
kids will fight over the top bunks, in the best way.

The top-floor Primary King Suite is the one everyone wants: vaulted wood-plank
ceilings, a gas fireplace, a private balcony that catches the sunset, and an ensuite
bath with a soaking tub, a glass walk-in shower, and double vanities. Down on the
second floor, King Suite 2 and King Suite 3 each get their own private bath — one with
a tub-shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower and built-in bench.

Downstairs, the open kitchen and dining area is where the group actually lives: a gas
cooktop, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, Keurig, blender, and a farmhouse table with
bench seating for eight, plus island stools for the overflow. The living room has a
mounted TV over a tiled gas fireplace, a slipcovered sectional, and French doors that
open straight onto the pool deck. A reading corner and a guest powder room round out
the main level.

Out back, the fenced backyard wraps a private pool and brick-paved courtyard shaded
by palms — string a game of cornhole, stretch out on the loungers, or gather once the
pool lights come on. A covered porch with a sofa, rocking chairs, and ceiling fans gives
the group a second gathering spot. Beach chairs and a cornhole set are included.

dining.
- Seacrest Beach: about a 15-minute walk, with more shops and beach access along
30A.
- Alys Beach: roughly a 10-minute bike ride, known for its white-walled architecture.
- Seaside: approximately a 15-minute drive, the original 30A town-center.
- WaterColor and Grayton Beach State Park: about a 20-minute drive for dune trails.
- Publix and Whole Foods: a short drive, both offering grocery delivery to the house.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is simple: self check-in with a smart lock means no meeting anyone or
juggling keys — just enter the door code sent before arrival. The home has a private
entrance separate from the carriage house next door (also part of the property and
rented separately), so you'll never share a hallway with another group. All four
bedrooms and the full kitchen are exclusively yours for the stay.

PARKING
Parking fits up to three vehicles on-site: two spaces in front of the carriage house
garage and a third parked in tandem or perpendicular alongside them (left side
reserved for the carriage house). An on-site EV charger (Level 2) is available for guests
who drive electric. Overnight street parking isn't available in the neighborhood, so plan
to keep vehicles on the property.

HOUSE RULES
We keep the rules simple so you can focus on the vacation. This is a non-smoking, no-
pets home, and the guest who books must be 25 or older and present for the entire
stay. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Quiet hours matter to
our neighbors on Winston Lane, so we ask that noise stay reasonable after dark,
especially around the pool. A standard rental agreement is provided after booking and
takes a moment to sign. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and
