This was a really great apartment in a cool part of town, easy walk to restaurants, stores, etc. The apartment is a beautiful renovation and was a comfortable place to stay in town for a couple nights.

Katrina-
We enjoyed having you and your group at our Loft. You were great to communicate with and very respectful of our place. You are welcome back anytime.
Gorgeous property. We stayed as a family of 5 for a three day swim meet at UTK. Mark was so helpful and accommodating when we had questions regarding our stay. Parking is on site behind the building which is a great plus for this area as street parking is scarce. 10/10 would recommend.

Truly appreciate the comments.
We had a wonderful stay at Mark's loft in downtown Knoxville! The space was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was impressive, even though we didn't end up cooking. It was such a nice surprise to find a bottle of wine waiting for us in the wine fridge when we arrived.Location is perfect!! Situated right in between old town and the main drag. We were easily able to walk to everything. Parking was so easy and if you have more than one car, there's a free parking lot right across the street. We had some rainy weather and it was so relaxing sitting by the large windows and watching a thunderstorm roll through. The kitchen speakers were also a thoughtful touch and made the space feel even more welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in Knoxville.
Mark has thought of everything to make this space comfortable and inviting. From the stocked bar, provided drinks in the fridge, kuerig coffee machine with variety of pods, cute nespresso machine with shots to the fluffy towels in the bathrooms and soft blankets everywhere. The beds are crazy comfortable. The space in tastfully decorated and we really fell in love with this loft. Mark was quick to respond to any questions no matter what time of day. This will be our go to spot for our next trip to Knoxville!
