Nestled in Apache Junction, this enchanting house offers a comfortable, fun retreat for guests, with four bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and four full beds, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room. There is plenty of space for everyone! The property features two bathrooms inside the home, both with showers and bathtubs (and floor heaters!), plus an additional bathroom with a shower just off the pool, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. Guests will appreciate the excellent climate control inside the home with heating and AC, ensuring a cozy stay no matter the season. Whether you are a chef or prefer to eat out, the fully stocked kitchen will meet your needs (Keurig, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee grinder, crockpot, microwave, double oven, waffle maker, food processor, food scale, Tupperware, baking supplies and outside Weber grill). If that isn’t your thing, there is a foosball table, Connect 4, pool basketball, waterslide, a regular basketball hoop, dumbbells (5 to 45 lbs) and adjustable bench, board games, chess, sporting equipment for pickleball and tennis, and more. Never miss your favorite sports game while you are relaxing at the outdoor bar or swimming in the pool with the outdoor TV. Want to take in the sunrise with your morning coffee? The rooftop patio offers a perfect view of the sunrise over the mountains, or finish the day sharing stories around the fire pit. Excellent locally made ice cream is available at the HWY 88 Ice Cream Parlor. The Hitching Post Saloon offers a great burger and bull riding on Thursdays and Saturdays. Rusty Buckle Saloon also offers a great burger. Organ Stop Pizza is only 20 minutes down the road in Mesa.
