Hot Tub, Warm all year. Luxury Golf Cart! Golf Cart rental is an additional, daily charge.

Fenced Pet area/shower/Wi-Fi, Smart TVs.

Free parking for 4 Mid-sized vehicles.

2 approved dogs, Under 35 pounds! $100 per pet, plus tax. Message us for pet approval before booking.

15 minutes West of the island. Enjoy Moody Gardens, Schitterbahn, Pleasure Pier

Your rental is a 5 min drive to the Beach! LUX Golf Cart, Hot Tub/ Outdoor Bar/ TV, entertainment area/ large backyard. Fenced pet area. Outdoor shower.

Your Beach rental has 2 floors with Wi-Fi in all areas. Exterior features include parking for up to 4 mid-sized vehicles. The downstairs outdoor entertainment area features a private hot tub, outdoor bar/ TV, charcoal BBQ area, fenced dog area, large partially fenced backyard.
Message us regarding rates and rules to rent to Golf Cart. The Golf Cart is exclusive/ privately owned only for this property.

Upstairs- Living/ Kitchen combo with Smart TV/ cable.
Living room couch. Couch is not a pull out.

Fully stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare most meals. Keurig Coffee pot, standard coffee pot, Crock pot, stock pot, baking pans, cookie sheets, full set of pots/ pans.

Bedrooms- Both upstairs bedrooms feature Queen beds, one closet with hangers. Both have nightstands and an additional small table/ chair that can be used as a vanity or desk.

Front deck access via both bedrooms. Great place to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine.

The top floor has a screened in deck and an exterior deck where you can enjoy full sun.

The downstairs area offers an open floor and was recently remodeled in 2025.

The downstairs is not connected to the upstairs and is the ground level of the home. This area does not have a traditional bedroom. It does have a living area, Queen bed, and a set of Bunk beds. It also have a full bathroom and a stackable washer/ dryer.

This area does not have central air and heat. We use a window unit that works very well for the air conditioning in the downstairs area. This system was updated in 2024.

Jamaica Beach has a community pool that is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. The pool charges per person, for daily use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the Golf Cart Keys and lock the doors.
Remove any excess sand and pet hair as the cleaning fee does not cover excess pet hair.
Remove your trash and food. Remove your food and trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest executes/ agrees to rental agreement/ terms when booking this property. $300 fee for excessive sand in the hot tub. $200 Lost Golf Cart key.
Guests are required to cancel if they book before obtaining pet approval and their pet is not approved. $500 fee for unapproved pets.
No Prom parties. Guest names/ ages provided upon booking. No 3rd party bookings. Guest required to cancel if booking violates rental agreement/ rules.

Pros: space, jacuzzi, golf cart, large yard, clean, plenty of towels and cutlery, kitchen appliance, comfortable beds, convenience to beach.Cons: TV remote controls need new batteries and need space heater for downstairs.

Thank you for your stay with us. We do have batteries in the top drawer, in the kitchen. I would have been happy to bring more. Children take the batteries out of the remotes for their toys. We do change them each quarter just in case. I changed them in October so they should not have been low. We don’t provide a space heater for safety reasons. When we spoke I did offer to bring extra blankets but you said you didn’t need them. That area is a converted garage and it’s never that cold bc of our local climate. We do appreciate the feedback and your stay with us. Thank you for booking our property.

Our family lives close by and loves to share our second home with others. We purchases this home in Jamaica Beach to its close proximety to the beach, large yard, the community pool & park, & the homes secluded location at the end of the street.

Why they chose this property

Jamaica Beach is about 15 inutes West of the Island located away from the busy island traffic. You get to the island quickly to enjoy wonderful attractions like Moody Gardens or a fantastic dinner at any of our great Galveston restaurants. You can expeirence the best of both worlds with the a less crowded each about a 5 minute drive from our home.

What makes this property unique

Don't Worry Beach Happy is a unique home as our property has a wonderful ourdoor area for our guests to enjoy.

2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom . This home has 2 seperate floors. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Traditional living room and a full kitchen.

The downstairs has been converted into a living area/ sleeping area witha full bath/ laundry room.

Our property has a ourtoor bar with a TV, and Hot Tub up to 6 people.

We have an outdoor shower and a fenced dog area around the outdoor shower so you can have a secure fence place for MOST pets. The remainded of the yard is partially fenced.

We also offer a privately owned Golf Cart that is exclusively for this home. This luxury Golf Cart sleeps up to 6 and can be rented as an extra amentity. The Golf Cart is an extra, daily fee plus tax.
