We had a wonderful time at the log house! It was clean and roomy and comfortable. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I did reach out to the host (non-emergency) a couple of times and never got a response.

This was a great large house for two families to meet up; plenty of space for four adults and 5 kids. We loved the log cabin feel, tall windows on the front of the house, and the large dining room table. The proximity to the river was great too. We all enjoyed nightly walks or bike rides next to the river. Very beautiful and serene. The hot tub was great too. The turn-around in the driveway made parking and getting in and out easy, and also served as a nice place for the kids to play.This was our first time staying so far from the Village. We liked how peaceful it was out here. On one of our nightly walks we saw four (!!!) different deer out grazing. The SHARC is about a 7 minute drive and the village just a bit more, which we found pretty manageable.Communication with the host, Jonathan, was excellent. Always very responsive and helpful if we needed anything.We would happily stay here again.

Great property for multiple families to share. Great communication, easy process for check in and out. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, hot tub and ping pong made it so much fun!
