It has an upgraded open floor plan. There is one Master BR with Loft Bedroom and has 1.5 baths.

P1 is beautiful unit that is exactly what your family needs for a great vacation. The Grand Beach Resorts Condominium is a small complex with only 5 floors located directly across Beach Blvd from Gulf State Park beach and only one mile from the heart of Gulf Shores. Our unit is one of only 4 units on the fifth floor which gives you one of the best views of the whole complex from the private balcony and also an extra level of privacy as the unit is at the end walkway so you don't have any foot traffic by your door and neighbors on only one side and no unit above you.

The unit is an open floor plan with the upgraded kitchen opening up to the living area with a high vaulted ceiling with a sliding door and multiple windows of the lovely view. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. If you wish to eat in you have all the cookware, dishes and utensils you will need to cook that gourmet meal or just PB&J sandwiches. There is a 4 seat dining table as well as the kitchen bar with 2 stools.

From the living area you have windows and a large sliding glass door that give you a beautiful view of the state park beach and from the balcony you get a great view of the state park pier.

There is a large 55" Smart TV in the living area. There is cable TV and free internet access in the unit. There is also a 50"TV in the Master Bedroom and a 26" Smart TV in the loft.

As far as sleeping arrangements there are 4 beds in the unit. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. In the hall way outside the master is a set of 2 built in bunk beds for the kids. In the loft there is another queen sized bed. The loft is considered the second bedroom as it also has a full closet. There is a privacy pocket door which separates the master bedroom and bunk beds from the kitchen/living area and loft. On one side of the pocket door you have the full bath and on the other side is a 1/2 bath.

As mentioned the unit has a full bath and ½ bath. The full bath room is an updated bath room with a full tile shower with shower heads on both ends of the shower that are individually controlled. One side also has a hand sprayer.

The unit is steps away from the elevator for added convenience when moving in and the stairs if you wish to get some exercise are right outside the door of the unit. From the 5th floor walk way outside the door of our unit you also have an added bonus view of the Gulf State Park preserve natural area which is beautiful in its own right.
The condo comes equipped with a 8 towels and wash clothes, hair dryer and starter paper supplies. It also has an updated stacked washer/dryer unit for your convenience.

The Grand Beach Condominium complex has a very nice pool and hot tub and a grill area in the back off the parking lot. The state park beach is right across the road which is a very easy and scenic walk through the natural dune area.

Price includes one parking pass and one additional one can be purchased upon request.

If booking for 6 guests, we require at least two guests be 16 or younger. There is a Ring door bell on the entry door that is used to check that the unit is not over capacity.
